[Location] the eyes look ahead, the point is directly below the pupil of the eye, between the eyeball and the infraorbital ridge.

[Needing and Moxibustion Method] perpendicular insertion0.3~0.7cun slowly along the infraorbital ridge, it is not advisable to manipulate the needle with large amplitude, to avlid injuring the blood vessel resulting in hematoma. Moxa is contraindicated.

[Indications] twitch of the eyelids, redness, pain and swilling of the eye, lacrimation, night blindness, facial distortion, spasm of the face.

[Common compatibility]

(1)    redness, pain and swelling of the eye—-with Fengchi, Jingming.

(2)    Facial distortion—-with Hegu, Cuanzu, Zusanli, Fengchi.
