The superior antihelix crus is divided into upper, middle and lower equal portions, the lower 1/3 is antihelix area 5 (AH5), the middle 1/3 is AH4, the upper 1/3 again is divided into two equal portions , the lower 1/2 is AH3, after that the upper 1/2 is again divided into anterior and posterior 2 equal portions, the posterior 1/2 is AH2, the anterior is AH1, the principal part of antihelix is divided into five equal portions from branching point of superior inferior antihelix crus to helix tragus notch. Then the principal part of atihelix is divided into anterior 1/4 and prosterior  3/4 two portions, along border of antihelix conchae, the anterior upper 2/5 is antihelix area 8 AH8, the posterior upper 2/5 is AH9, the anerior mid.. 2/5 is AH10, The posterior mid. 2/5 is AH11,the anterior lower 1/5 is AH12, the posterior lower 1/5 is AH13.
