 Lougu (sp 7)

[Location] 6 cun above the medial malleolus on the line connecting the tip of the medial malleolus and Yinlingquan,  on the posterior border of the medial aspect of the tibia.

[Needling and moxibustion Method] Perpendicular insertion 0.5~0.8cun; moxibustion is applicable.

[Indications ] Coldness and numbness of the leg and knee, swelling and pain of the foot and ankle; abdominal distention, rugitus, hernia, dysuria.

[Common compatibility]

(1) pain and heavy of the lower limbs—with Yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao.

(2) hematic abdominal mass—with ququan.
