[Location] On the medial side of the big toe, o.1 cun from the corner of the nail.

[Needling and moxibustion Method]  oblique insertion 0.1 cun or prick to cause bleeding; moxibustion is applicable.

[Indications ] Pain in the toes, prolonged menstruation, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, vomiting blood, nosal bleeding, urinary bleeding, bloody stools, manic psychosis , excessive stream, nightmares, coldness of the body , irritability, sorrowfulness,cardiac pain, chest fullness, chest pain, cough, asthma, chronic convulsion, faintness, abdominal distention, sudden diarrhea, vomiting.

[Common compatibility]

(1) excessive menstruation— with qihai, xuehai, sanyinijao

(2) vomiting blood, nosal bleeding—with Pishu, shangwan, Ganshu.

(3) faintness—with Dadun
